Substantial dolls house with 5 rooms and the roof is hinged to lift up for a large attic room. It has balconies, stairs, opening doors, veranda, bay windows etc. This is a stunning Victorian dolls house. Requires a small amount of assembly. It weighs approx 15kg and made with 3mm Plywood, so please do not mistake this item with cheaper versions available that look that same. Made by skilled craftsman, the detail is fantastic. Access to the rooms is easy as the front and roof opens up. The house is 1:12th scale.
