Dolls House Furniture Wooden Basement Kit/ Brand New  

This wonderful MDF basement comes flat packed with all parts supplied and is very simple to construct. There are two main sections and the window and door are already fitted. There is also a removable pavement section to allow access to the front panel of the basement and also steps up to your dolls house. Please note a dolls house is not included here but we have many available in our shop. The basement can be divided into two separate rooms or just as one big room and the windows and doors are made of pine wood. The basement is suitable for dolls houses up to 24” wide and the base is 16.25” x 24.75” with a height of 8.75” Overall size of basement bottom parts is 24” x 24” (Not included with set but we also sell a starter pack on our eBay Shop of dolls house Furniture pack of 5 rooms)
