Q: What is the condition of the item?
- A: All our items are brand new unless otherwise stated.

Q: How do I pay for my purchase?   
- A: We accept payment by PayPal, credit or debit card.

Q: How do I return an item?             
- A: When your item is delivered please inspect it and if the item is faulty in anyway please call us on 01325 749044 and we can arrange a replacement. If you return an item unused, in re-sellable condition within 14 days we will refund you minus a postage charge.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
- A: Usually within 2-3 working days. We offer a next day delivery if your order is placed before 1.00 pm for an extra £1.99

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
- A: Shipping is free to UK mainland for all items. There is a shipping calculator during checkout which shows costs for the rest of the world. Please note some restrictions apply to free shipping.

Q: What do I do if I havent recieved my item?
