Return Policy

Shop with confidence at Lime Shop 

  • 14 day return policy
  1. We will accept a return for an unwanted item within 14 days of you receiving your item
  2. Please note you must return the item in a reasonable condition with the original packaging and contact us within the 14 days so we can organise the return
  3. For damaged items after this point see our guarantee.
  4. All items must have a returns form included which will be provided by our customer service team.
  5. We aim to resolve any return issues within 48 hours of receiving your item. 

Extended Christmas Returns

Any order placed during the christmas season can be returned up to and including Monday 9th January.

  • FREE 1 year guarantee on all items
  1. We will repair or replace any item if a manufacturing fault should occur within the first year.
  2. If a replacement cannot be sent a refund will be offered
  3. We will only replace if this is a technical fault and we inspect all returned items.
  4. All items must have a returns form included which will be provided by our customer service team.
