Return Policy

• We use an insured delivery service for most of our items delivered to the UK and most items sent overseas.
• Should you have any questions regarding an item please ring our sales office on 01325 749044 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• We will refund any item returned (unused) within 14 days (item cost only).
• Items received damaged MUST be reported to our sales office by Telephone within 24 hours of receipt, we will then be able to send you a replacement or a full refund.
